Patch notes:
• Reduced the amount of times for showing the warning if you have unspent points for the character to one time each level.
• Reduced the alliance offer silver maximum amount when offering an alliance in Free for All party matches.
• Fixed issues and missing translations in the Hebrew language.
• Scaled up the "Face Off" window a bit.
• Tournament sign-up button will now be clickable as soon as Discord opens.
