Vaults City, a near-future metropolis, is plagued by mysterious creatures known as Lootmon. These creatures emerge sporadically, and are strangely fused together with civilians to form horrible monsters referred to as Lootkins. To combat this threat, LootCo developed the Vault Driver, designed to capture Lootmon, and sent them out with specialized drones to create a new age of Kamen Rider. Kamen Riders are given screen names, and their own specially made Lootmon Partner. From there, LootCo Drones are sent out in order to show the world the performance of combat, Kamen Riders who perform well are given special ranking, and viewers can even buy merchandise of said Riders, or pay to give temporary bonuses mid-battle.
