Monthly Mental Health
We’re a student-led advocacy organization dedicated to raising awareness and combating stigma surrounding mental health. Each month, we focus on a different theme (such as student stress, men’s mental health, or eating disorders) and run campaigns centered on awareness, advocacy, and community.
We’re currently looking for passionate leaders and volunteers to join our team and help launch this project from the ground up. Whether you’re interested in organizing campaigns, coordinating volunteers, or building an online community, there’s a place for you here.
This is not a crisis or therapy service: our focus is on education, advocacy, and outreach. Together, we can create meaningful conversations around mental health and grow into a nonprofit with authentic impact.
