Ghouls, humanoids that must devour human flesh to live, have existed all around the world for as long as people can remember. Throughout history, these creatures have influenced society in many ways. In the English city of Raipond, ghouls have been a constant nuisance and source of tension.
AGIS, an organisation of humans which hunt ghouls, have continued to be the vanguard for humanity. In Raipond, their presence is keenly felt due to the higher rates of ghoul violence. Even after 'The War of Raipond' between AGIS and Ghouls ended there has still been tensions within the community.
