Hey guys, thanks to those who brought to my attention the issues with the /register command. Discord updated how slash command permissions work and bots can no longer manage their own permissions (using Discord's permission system). As a result, I've changed that command:
/register [command] will now add the command to the server, and then an admin must go to Server Settings -> Integrations -> TheModBot to set permissions.
This is a bit unusual at first for those who haven't used it, but it starts to become very easy with practice. I hope you will take the time and give it a try! It's much better than my old system, even though it will take some getting used to. Sadly this change is inevitable as bots can no longer manage their own permissions, it must be done in Server Settings by server admins.
