After the Devastation, various colonies were made across the ruined Earth, all with little to no communication between them. These colonies varied from their origins, and all took radically different form as the years went on, but in the Hallowed City, where others cities struggled and died, Hallowed City, technologically and economically, thrived. The City has seen a major boom, as developments in body modifications and synthetic modifications have skyrocketed, but with great power, comes great responsibility, as criminal empires have used these new found technologies to carve themselves a piece of the Hallowed City, leaving the police hard-pressed to fight back, and despite all the bloodshed, something evil lurks just underneath the surface.
